OUR TEAM

Skill and passion

Horse people are a little crazy? In a way, yes – to dedicate your life to equestrian sport, to spend the weekends at show jumping competitions instead of being at home on the sofa and to be immediately available in the stable, when necessary, you need a unique motivation.

Ours is the passion for high-class equestrian sport, coupled with an enormous demand for excellence. Nobody here does “business as usual”: Our common vision is to improve constantly. This team spirit is not only a strong driver, but also creates a friendly working atmosphere in which everyone is valued and recognized.

Would you like to become part of the European Youngsters Family? We welcome applications!

Karin

ACCREDITED MASTER HORSE MANAGEMENT
& NATIONS CUP RIDER

As an entrepreneur, the founder of the European Youngsters lives two successful lives. Next to her work in the family business, that started with a general training program and developed into management tasks over time, Karin has pursued her equestrian career with professional consistency from an early age on. Successfully competing on top international level all over Europe for decades, she has developed a strong instinct for finding horses with extraordinary potential: scouting and selection are therefore “boss duties” – the European Youngsters training concept is based on her demanding quality understanding.

Sustainable success needs clear guidelines, professional structures and a top team – at European Youngsters we have all of it.

Kai

SPORTS, STABLE AND
SALES MANAGER

Everything that needs to be organized in our stable as well as our horse program is best taken care for by Kai: No matter whether it is about planning the next shows, taking care for the team, developing our young horses or managing the sales – Kai can do it. That is why he is Karin’s right-hand man, not only in administrative matters, but also in all kind of questions around the horse program. On top of that, he is a very good rider as well.

“Don’t worry. I’ll take care and get it done.”

Jogi

HEAD GROUNDSKEEPER AND
FLEET MANAGER

Nothing works here without Jogi: Since the very beginning of the European Youngsters, the all-rounder has ensured that boxes, grounds, vehicle fleet and infrastructure are always perfectly maintained and in top condition. In addition to that, he takes care for the horse feed. It comes without saying that he is a horseman himself.

“My favorite horse in the stable? The tractor.”

Jaqui

GROOM

All for one – and one for all: Jacqui represents the entire stable team at European Youngsters. Her and her colleagues are the backbone of our stable and the ones who spend most of the time with our horses. Committed and sensitive, they ensure that our youngsters have everything they need – they support the team with clean documentation and valuable observations.

“This is my horse family here – the two as well as the four-legged ones.”

Toni

APPRENTICE

Here at European Youngsters we not only train show jumpers – we also train young riders to become professional horseman and riders. In summer, Antonia (or Toni, as she prefers to be called) started her two-year training program with us. She indeed is a courageous, concentrated and clever student, with a great future ahead: Although, still at the beginning of her professional training program, she already achieved considerable successes on national and international top-level in the Junior and Young Rider classes. We are excited to support her further development and promising career.

“With the training here, I’m learning my dream job –
I am super happy to be a part of the European Youngsters Team!”
