OUR TEAM

Skill and passion

Horse people are a little crazy? In a way, yes – to dedicate your life to equestrian sport, to spend the weekends at show jumping competitions instead of being at home on the sofa and to be immediately available in the stable, when necessary, you need a unique motivation.

Ours is the passion for high-class equestrian sport, coupled with an enormous demand for excellence. Nobody here does “business as usual”: Our common vision is to improve constantly. This team spirit is not only a strong driver, but also creates a friendly working atmosphere in which everyone is valued and recognized.

Would you like to become part of the European Youngsters Family? We welcome applications!

Karin

ACCREDITED MASTER HORSE MANAGEMENT
& NATIONS CUP RIDER

As an entrepreneur, the founder of the European Youngsters lives two successful lives. Next to her work in the family business, that started with a general training program and developed into management tasks over time, Karin has pursued her equestrian career with professional consistency from an early age on. Successfully competing on top international level all over Europe for decades, she has developed a strong instinct for finding horses with extraordinary potential: scouting and selection are therefore “boss duties” – the European Youngsters training concept is based on her demanding quality understanding.

Sustainable success needs clear guidelines, professional structures and a top team – at European Youngsters we have all of it.

That is why he is Karin’s right-hand man, not only in administrative matters, but also in all kind of questions around the horse program. On top of that, he is a very good rider as well.

“Don’t worry. I’ll take care and get it done.”

“My favorite horse in the stable? The tractor.”
